Situation

Meta’s advertising platform offered powerful tools like A/B testing, Call Ads, and Reels optimization, but many remained under-leveraged due to the complexity of the broader ecosystem. The opportunity was to reduce friction through motion-led storytelling that showed these tools in context—clearly, quickly, and through real use rather than explanation.

Task

Create end-to-end motion campaigns within weekly sprint cycles, taking each concept from storyboard through animation, delivery and localization prep within five-day sprint cycles. Each execution simplified complex product tools while balancing creative speed, advertiser education, and global scale.

Motion System

Unified Product Education

Tools like Meta Business Suite and A/B testing were structured as connected parts of a single workflow, showing how advertisers move from creation to optimization within one program. Real-world verticals grounded the storytelling in familiar contexts, making these platform capabilities easier to understand.

Creator Education at Scale

Reels guidance was translated into simple, behavior-based storytelling using native, UGC-style visuals. Each principle was demonstrated rather than explained, making performance best practices more intuitive and widely accessible across markets.

Conversion Storytelling

Product features were framed through real customer scenarios, turning tools like Call Ads into narrative demonstrations designed to show both functionality and impact. UI motion and contextual storytelling worked together to connect product mechanics directly to advertiser outcomes.

Global Scalability

Each system was designed for rapid localization and international deployment. Flexible motion structures and regionally adaptable creative enabled campaigns to scale across languages, markets, and cultural contexts while preserving clarity and pacing.
