The opportunity was to use motion to make those tools easier to understand and more immediately actionable.
Challenge
The challenge was to concept, design, animate, and deliver motion campaigns within weekly sprint cycles. Each video had to explain a specific Meta tool through a real-world scenario, then be prepared for translation across global markets. That meant the work needed to move quickly without feeling generic, balancing product education, visual polish, and localization from the start.Because the videos would be adapted for international markets, every letter, number, and UI detail had to remain editable for localization teams. Building the files this way became a core part of the system, streamlining production and allowing each campaign to scale globally with speed.
